James is the founder and Director of New Life Gardens & Landscaping in 2015 He is a self-motivated businessman and tradesman with over 18 years' experience in high-end residential landscape construction. James completed his apprenticeship with one of the most reputable local award winning Landscape companies and completed TAFE with high distinctions. Today, he specialises in stonework & stone cladding. James prides himself on his attention to detail and passion for his business and the trade of Landscaping.
Tim is an asset to New life Gardens & Landscaping, he brings over 20 years of experience in high end landscape and construction projects. Tim has taken on the role of 2IC at New life Gardens and is working alongside the director James, he is responsible for managing all on site operations. With his experience, he excels in project management and has exceptional team management skills. Tim has great communication skills when dealing with our clients, he will help make the before, during & after process run smoothly. Tim is a well-respected team member & a great role model to our younger team members.
Darrion is an asset to New Life Gardens. He is highly skilled and motivated with over 20 years’ experience in the Landscape and Fencing industry. Committed to creating bespoke/tailored landscaping solutions, Darrion has delivered a range of high-quality residential and commercial projects with the NLG team. Leadership, communication and organisational skills are personal strengths. Darrion enjoys guiding the team whilst still working alongside them. Darrion is a very skilled Machine operator who is in charge of all site prepertaion & exacations.
Cameron is a self-motivated Landscape Tradesman with excellent trade skills. He commenced his employment straight from high school and completed his apprenticeship with New Life gardens and Landscaping. Cameron prides himself on presenting precision work to our clients.
Isaac is a loyal team member that strides to improve his skills and learn the art of the trade. As a landscape tradesman, he constantly demonstrates hard work and dedication which is greatly appreciated and valued.
Ben is a hard-working team member in his 3rd year Landscape Apprenticeship. His passion, dedication, and willingness to learn more skills every day from his peers is valued by our company.
Conor is a hard-working team member in his 2nd year Landscape Apprenticeship. Conor has joined the New life team in 2023 and has dived deep into his landscape apprenticship.
Ziggy is the newest member of the New Life Gardens team, he is an Australian Kelpie and his parents are working dogs from the Hunter Valley region. Ziggy takes his role of site supervisor very seriously, but he does enjoy a pat whilst working on site. If you see us out and about make sure you come and say hello.
Carmelina has joined our team in 2020 as the office manager. Carmelina has over 20 years experience in a management role. Carmelina brings a whole new dynamic to our company with her organisation & communication skills that are provided to our valued clients. Thanks Mum!
Brodie joined the New Life Gardens & Landscaping team in 2022. Her role is to design and create social media content with efficient strategies across various platforms. Brodie interacts with our followers by responding to enquiries and replying to comments via Facebook and Instagram.
