As Director, James is deeply involved in both the planning and construction process, maintaining high standards across every detail. Tim is a valued leader and a true asset to the New Life Gardens team. With over 20 years of experience delivering high-end landscape and construction projects, he brings a depth of knowledge, precision and professionalism to every site. As 2IC, Tim works closely alongside Director James and is responsible for overseeing all on-site operations. From coordinating team members and managing timelines to maintaining quality control, he ensures every project runs efficiently and to the highest standard. Tim’s strength lies not only in his project management skills, but also in his leadership. He is highly respected within the team and sets a strong example for younger members through his work ethic, guidance and attention to detail. With excellent communication skills, Tim plays a key role throughout the entire process. He ensures the project runs smoothly before, during and after giving a positive experience from start to finish.
Darrion is a highly valued member of the New Life Gardens team, bringing over 20 years of experience in the landscaping and fencing industry. Starting with New Life Gardens straight from high school, he successfully completed his apprenticeship with the company, developing strong trade skills along the way.
